Auspak Global Group – Consent
Consent for Service Delivery, Site Access & Work Authorisation
- By accepting this consent, I confirm that I am authorised to request the service and provide access to the property, premises, or work site.
- I authorise Auspak Global Group and its authorised employees, technicians, contractors, and service providers to enter the approved site and carry out the agreed services in accordance with the approved quotation, booking confirmation, work order, or authorised scope of work.
- I agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, including any required keys, access codes, parking arrangements, electricity, water, internet or network access, permissions, shutdown windows, or other facilities reasonably required to complete the service.
- I confirm that I will inform Auspak Global Group of any known hazards, unsafe conditions, asbestos or suspected asbestos, concealed services, restricted areas, alarms, hazardous materials, access limitations, or other relevant site risks before work begins.
- I understand that Auspak Global Group personnel may delay, suspend, stop, or leave the site where there is a reasonable safety concern, unlawful activity, threatening or abusive behaviour, lack of required access, unsuitable site conditions, undisclosed hazards, or any other reasonable operational or personal safety concern.
- I consent to job-related photographs, video, or service records being taken where reasonably necessary for worker safety, security, quality assurance, evidence of site condition, incident management, service documentation, or dispute resolution, subject to applicable privacy and surveillance laws.
- I understand that such records will not be used for public marketing purposes without separate permission.
- I agree not to unreasonably obstruct, interrupt, interfere with, or supervise Auspak personnel in a manner that creates a safety risk or materially affects the completion of the agreed work.
- I confirm that I have the appropriate authority or permission from the property owner, landlord, building management, owners corporation, network owner, or other relevant party where such approval is required.
- I acknowledge that services will be carried out subject to the agreed scope, site conditions, access requirements, safety requirements, applicable laws, manufacturer requirements, product limitations, and matters reasonably outside the control of Auspak Global Group.
