• Services will be provided only according to the approved quotation, booking, work order or written scope.
  • Any additional work or variation must be approved by Auspak before it begins.
  • The customer must provide safe, clear and reasonable access to the work area and ensure the site is ready for the scheduled service.
  • The customer must advise Auspak of known hazards, restricted areas, access requirements or other site risks.
  • Auspak may delay, suspend or stop work where conditions are unsafe, unlawful or unsuitable.
  • Payments must be made through payment methods authorised by Auspak. Direct private payments to workers or contractors are not permitted unless authorised by Auspak.
  • Cancellations, rescheduling, additional work or site-access issues may result in reasonable additional charges where applicable.
  • Customer-supplied equipment, materials or products remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any service concern should be reported to Auspak promptly so Auspak has a reasonable opportunity to inspect and resolve the matter.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law
